2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use latato services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated or are subject to guardianship orders may not use latato services.
• Geographic Restrictions: latato primarily serves users residing in Indonesia. You must be physically located in an area where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of latato complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be currently self-excluded from gambling activities, either through latato's self-exclusion program or any other gambling operator's exclusion scheme. If you have previously self-excluded, you may only re-register after the exclusion period expires and you explicitly request account reactivation.
• Single Account Rule: You may hold only one account on latato. Creating multiple accounts for any reason, including bonus abuse, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Account Registration and Verification

Account registration on latato requires you to provide personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. All information must match your official government-issued identification documents exactly.

4.1 KYC Verification Process

latato operates under international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. To comply with these requirements, we mandate identity verification for all users before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires you to submit:

• A clear, legible photograph or scan of your Indonesian KTP (national identity card) or valid passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiration date.
• A recent selfie (taken within the last 30 days) in which you are holding your identification document next to your face. The document details must be clearly visible in the selfie.
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 3 months) if requested by our compliance team.

latato supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored for Indonesian users, including major local banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Bank transfers and e-wallet deposits typically process within 2-5 minutes. During Indonesian bank holidays or technical maintenance periods, processing may be delayed.
• Fees: latato does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees beyond our control.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at prevailing exchange rates, which may result in currency conversion charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals process within 1-24 hours after approval. VIP members (Gold tier and above) enjoy priority processing with completion times of 1-6 hours. Withdrawals are processed during Indonesian banking hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB, excluding public holidays).

7. Betting Rules and Conduct

7.1 Sports Betting

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered accepted only when confirmed in your bet slip and account history. latato reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, technical errors, or irregular betting patterns.
• Bet Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on official results announced by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA for football, FIBA for basketball). The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension: syndicate betting or coordinated group betting designed to manipulate odds or exploit promotions; arbitrage betting across multiple platforms or markets; insider trading (betting based on non-public information obtained through employment or association with teams/athletes); using automated betting software, bots, or scripts; manipulating live streaming delays to gain unfair advantage in live betting; and collusion with other users to fix outcomes or share account access.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

latato is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide comprehensive tools to help you maintain control over your gambling activity:

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, remaining balances can be withdrawn after completing all pending wagers and meeting any outstanding wagering requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other intellectual property displayed on the latato platform are the exclusive property of latato or our licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal betting entertainment only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content or software on latato without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of latato's intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

latato provides the platform and all services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

latato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of latato shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from: technical failures, internet connectivity issues, software malfunctions, server downtime, payment processing delays beyond our control, unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain password security, or force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, government actions, or other events beyond our reasonable control).

By agreeing to these terms, you waive any objection to the jurisdiction of these courts and agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

14.2 Severability

14.5 Language

These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. Any translations provided for convenience are non-binding. In the event of discrepancies between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
